Becky, not only explained everything in great detail, but she guided us into an unbelievable deal on our dream home. Becky made this process so smooth and stress-free. ! ....OUTSTANDING !!......Due to my unusual work hours - Becky gathered a list of properties for me to look at. I did not want to commit to an appointment with her so I was able to view the properties on my own time. Once I narrowed down what I was interested in I then informed Becky and the process began to sail. We met up to discuss the specifics. Now it's SHOW TIME!.....Keep in mind, due to my crazy work schedule and having to meet the deadlines involving the process to complete the build of my new home... this was not an issue with Becky. Thanks to her being so skilled I was able to read and sign many of the documents through Docu Sign even while I was at work! (she can explain it to you- it's really easy) . She always responded to my calls and answered my questions. Becky is also very patient. My husband could be quite vocal but Becky took it in stride, while decifering what would make s both happy.
